The service

What this covers

Cadesia runs managed Pods — isolated app runtimes you create in the console at console.cadesia.com. This policy covers the console, account sign-in at auth.cadesia.com, and the Pods we run for you.

Cadesia is operated from Bandung, Indonesia. Pods run on hardware in Germany (EU).

Collection

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to run:

• Account details — your email and sign-in credentials, handled by auth.cadesia.com.
• Billing details — payments are processed by Dodo. We never see or store your card number.
• Pod metadata — the App you picked, the Pod's name, status, and generated Address.
• Operational data — logs, metrics, and error reports needed to keep Pods running and secure.

Your Pod

What stays inside

Your app's data, files, and secrets live inside your Pod's own runtime. We do not read them.

The only exceptions: what we must access to keep the platform running, to investigate abuse or security issues, or when you explicitly ask us for support.

When a Pod is removed, its contents are removed with it.

Processors

Who else touches your data

We keep the list short: Dodo for payments, and the hardware providers where Pods physically run in Germany. Sign-in runs on our own auth service.

We do not sell your data, run ads on it, or share it with anyone outside what the service needs.

Retention

How long we keep it

Account and billing records live as long as your account does, plus what tax and payment law requires us to keep.

Pod contents last as long as the Pod does. Delete the Pod and the data goes with it.

Your rights

Access, correct, delete

You can see your Pods and account data in the console at any time.

To export, correct, or delete your account and its data, write to support@cadesia.com. We handle requests without a fight.

Changes

If this policy changes

We will update this page and change the date above. For material changes, we will say so in the console before they take effect.
